


I created a base, cylindrical layer of duct tape over the original figure's head, and painted it the proper color of blue for the helmet's glowing eyes. For the wrist communicator, I cut a very small strip of sheet metal, glued it to the figure's hand, and painted it accordingly. I also used duct tape to create a more prominent collar, which I then used small dots of hot glue to create the studs for it.

I then printed off two small "GeneCo" patches I found on the internet, cut them out, and glued them on to the arms. The buckles and buttons were colored with a silver sharpie pen. The entire body was repainted with acrylics. The base figure had the ideal coat and posture for the character, so no sculptural adjustments were needed. Nathan Wallace from Repo: The Genetic Opera.
